★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento deixa muito a desejar. Comprei uma chave tipo biela 18mm, percebendo poucos minutos após a transação que havia adquirido do tamanho errado (o correto seria 17mm). Imediatamente voltei à loja para realizar a troca e fui informado que não seria possível. "Não realizamos trocas aos domingos e feriados, pois o gerente precisa estar presente e ele não trabalha nestes dias". Ainda insisti para contactar o gerente pois estava precisando da chave para aquele momento, mas preferiram perder cliente do que propor uma solução. Voltarei apenas em caso de extrema necessidade, do contrário evitarei frequentar a loja tendo em vista as dificuldades enfrentadas. Lamentável.
Service leaves much to be desired. I bought an 18mm connecting rod, noticing a few minutes after the transaction that I had purchased the wrong size (the correct one would be 17mm). I immediately went back to the store to make the exchange and was informed that it would not be possible. "We do not carry out exchanges on Sundays and holidays, as the manager needs to be present and he does not work these days". I still insisted on contacting the manager because I needed the key for that moment, but they preferred to lose a client than to propose a solution. I will return only in case of extreme need, otherwise I will avoid going to the store in view of the difficulties faced. Unfortunate.
