★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei do espaço, oferece funcional na areia em plena baixada fluminense. Achei a ideia bem legal o treino é bom, possui hidrogisnastica e pilates. Mas informações acesse as redes sociais deles. Mas eu gostei bastante do treino e recomendo.
I liked the space, it offers functionality on the sand in the heart of the Baixada Fluminense. I thought the idea was pretty cool, the training is good, it has water aerobics and pilates. But information access their social media. But I really enjoyed the training and recommend it.
