★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei mais de uma hora em pé, pra poder chegar no Caixa. As funcionárias são muito lentas e não era problema de sistema, é lerdeza mesma. A loja é TOP, como todas são.
I stood for more than an hour, so I could get to the cashier. The employees are very slow and it was not a system problem, it is really sluggish. The store is TOP, as they all are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O espaço é muito bom, mas falta muita coisa sempre. Sempre que tenho uma lista de pedidos de cliente, eu faço vc pedido pelo app mas sempre tem algum produto em falta. Maquiagem eu já até falo pras clientes que não recebo pedidos, pois nunca tem nada.
A fila, então.... É uma demora absurda. Não consigo ficar menos que 45 min na fila.
The space is very good, but there is always a lot missing. Whenever I have a list of customer orders, I order you through the app but there's always something missing. Makeup I even tell customers that I don't receive orders, because there's never anything.
The queue, then... It's an absurd delay. I can't stay less than 45 min in line.
