★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vieram buscar meu cachorro no sábado, às 09h da manhã. Fizemos o pagamento antecipado. O cachorro chegou em casa sozinho, por volta das 14h, sem banho e nem tosa.
Liguei para o pet shop e eles disseram que ia começar a tosá-lo naquele momento. Ainda deram uma de João-sem-braço, perguntando - Ele está aí?
Passados alguns minutos, voltaram com o carro para levá-lo de volta. Disseram que ele tinha escapado da gaiola e que foram tentar pegá-lo e ele ameaçou morder. Isso não é do perfil do meu cachorro. Ele é bastante calmo e já tinha sido levado para banho no mesmo lugar mais de uma vez.
Pedi para trazerem o dinheiro de volta.
Muita irresponsabilidade com os bichinhos de estimação das pessoas. E se tivesse acontecido algo com ele na rua?
Nunca mais vamos mandá-lo nesse pet shop. Não recomendo o serviço a ninguém.
They came to pick up my dog on Saturday at 9 am. We made the advance payment. The dog arrived home alone, around 2 pm, without bathing or grooming.
I called the pet shop and they said they were going to start grooming him right then. They even gave one of João-without-arms, asking - Is he there?
After a few minutes, they returned with the car to take him back. They said that he had escaped from the cage and that they were trying to catch him and he threatened to bite. This is not my dog's profile. He is quite calm and has been bathed in the same place more than once.
I asked them to bring the money back.
A lot of irresponsibility with people's pets. What if something had happened to him on the street?
We'll never send him to this pet shop again. I don't recommend the service to anyone.

Deixo o meu animal sem preocupação, pet é transparente e sempre envia o status do seu animal. Além da loja esta com cara nova e variedades de produtos. Os bichos que esta em exposição fica dentro da loja e bem cuidados. Grande MUDANÇA!!!
