★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não tive a sorte de muitos de ser bem atendida, entrei em contato varias vezes, mandei mensagem pela minha insatisfação, somente leem minhas mensagem , nem ao menos pra pedir desculpas, eles me respondem. Fui ao local pela primeira vezes, para realizar o procedimento de retirada de espicula, o procedimento durou em torno de 35 min( pra mim é muito rápido pra desencravar dois dedões). Resumindo eu voltei com os canto do mesmo jeito, eu mesma tirei de um lado que estava me incomodando que mexeu e não tirou tudo. Então foi isso, eu acho que não teria necessidade de vim aqui falar isso, más como eles nem se quer me deram moral, e por eu se sentir lesada que é a pior coisa, não ligo pelo valor porque eu sabia que iria gastar más sim pela empresa nem se quer, querer agradar o cliente pedindo desculpas ou ate mesmo fazendo uma reavaliação, eu trabalhei em salão e quando a cliente ficava insatisfeita nós procurava o máximo pra agradar novamente, porque aonde precisamos de cliente temos que cutivalos. Está aqui minha critica construtivas.

I went to the place for the first time, to perform the procedure of removal of spicula, the procedure lasted around 35 min. (For me it is very fast to undo two thumbs). In short, I came back with them singing the same way, I myself took the side that was bothering me that it stirred and did not take everything. So that was it, I do not think I would need to come here to say it, bad as they do not even want to give me morale, and because I feel injured that is the worst thing, I do not care about the value because I knew I would spend more yes the company does not even want to please the customer apologizing or even doing a reevaluation, I worked in the salon and when the customer was unsatisfied we were looking for the best to please again, because where we need customer we have to take care of them. Here is my constructive criticism.
