Conversamos pelo whatsapp e estava aberta a qualquer pergunta que se faz na ficha de anamnese pelo profissional. Faltando duas horas da data agendada, lembrando que estes tipos de procedimentos que nos deixam bela mechem com o nosso emocional nos deixando ansiosas e felizes pelo "grande momento", enfim, fui questionada sobre eu ainda ter cilios aplicados e precisar de remoção e talvez não fosse possível fazer no mesmo dia, pensei.....não omiti que fiz cilios, inclusive tinha sido há 10 dias antes de agendarmos, mas que já estavam caindo. Tentei ligar no whatsapp, fiquei aguardando resposta e foi dando o horário. Enfim, se não me respondesse naquele momento já não daria mais porque o deslocamento da pampulha até o bairro betania é demorado. Expliquei que podia ser em um sábado porque no dia seguinte eu voltaria de férias e não teria mais a disponibilidade no dia que agendei mas que o melhor seria no dia porque teria a tarde toda e a noite tambem. Fiquei muito irritada por não me responder e respondi que não sou criança, se acha que vai dar muito trabalho já me diz que não vai atender....porque antes ficou falando que a pessoa que colocou antes aplicou muita cola, tipo assim: nossa, faz serviço ruim e vem me procurar. Enfim, pessoal antenado na net, não estou falando do trabalho porque pelas fotos e comentários deve ser M A R A V I L H O S O o resultado, de parar o transito! Mas a minha experiência foi um tanto frustrante. E eu que achei que iria voltar das férias para o trabalho arrasando, me ferrei.

With two hours left of the scheduled date, remembering that these types of procedures that make us beautiful move with our emotional leaving us anxious and happy for the "big moment", in short, I was asked if I still have eyelashes applied and need removal and maybe not it was possible to do it on the same day, I thought ..... I did not omit that I did eyelashes, it had even been 10 days before we booked, but they were already falling. I tried to call on whatsapp, I was waiting for an answer and was giving the time. Anyway, if you did not answer me at that moment, I would no longer be able to do it because the journey from the pampulha to the Betania neighborhood is slow. I explained that it could be on a Saturday because the next day I would return from vacation and would no longer have availability on the day I scheduled but that the best would be on the day because I would have all afternoon and night as well. I was very irritated for not answering me and I replied that I am not a child, if you think it will be too much work, you already tell me that you will not answer .... because before you said that the person who put it before applied too much glue, like this: wow , does bad service and comes looking for me. Anyway, folks tuned in to the net, I'm not talking about work because the photos and comments must be the result of stopping traffic! But my experience was somewhat frustrating. And I thought I was going to come back from vacation to work, I screwed up.
