As instrutoras são fisioterapeutas, o local é maravilhoso, com equipamentos bem cuidados, ambiente limpo... elas fazem também o pilates parra gestantes, e uma das fisios é doula também! Recomendo os serviços!
Classic Pilates with personalized service! A maximum of two people per schedule! The instructors are physiotherapists, the place is wonderful, with well maintained equipment, clean environment ... they also do pilates for pregnant women, and one of the physios is doula too! Highly recommend the services!
