★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha filha era paciente há 2 anos, última vez, após implorar atendimento,uma criança de 5 anos, com uma dor de cabeça forte foi negado, e até mentiram que a Dra estava se desligando do plano, não sei se a Dra Camila tem conhecimento sobre isso, mas não sei nem quem é responsável por responder whatsapp referente a agenda dela, pois nem isso eu obtive ao perguntar . Mais de 1 mês tentando marcar uma consulta, e sempre era uma desculpa . Tenho inclusive print de toda conversa, é com tristeza que venho dar feedback negativo, porém foi necessário, descaso foi muito grande, espero que mais ninguém passe por isso .
My daughter was a patient for 2 years, last time, after begging for care, a 5-year-old child with a severe headache was denied, and they even lied that Dr was leaving the plan, I don't know if Dr Camila is aware about it, but I don't even know who is responsible for answering whatsapp regarding her agenda, because I didn't even get that when asking. More than 1 month trying to make an appointment, and it was always an excuse. I even have a print of the entire conversation, it is with sadness that I come to give negative feedback, but it was necessary, the neglect was very great, I hope that no one else goes through this.
