Cheguei a essa hora pq tinha visto no Google que fechava às 19h, mas quando cheguei parecia que estavam prestes a fechar e perguntei a uma vendedora, que falou pra outra falar comigo, e a outra também não foi muito amigável. Disse que o horário mudou e não alteraram no google. Irresponsabilidade e descompromisso com o cliente. A vendedora perguntou o que eu iria ver ( Eu iria ver bolsa, mas depois dessa nem quis mais) , imagina elas de má vontade e eu vendo bolsa. Nunca mais voltarei nessa loja. Falta profissionalismo e educação.
I arrived at the store almost at 6 pm and was very badly treated by the 2 saleswomen who were there. I arrived at this time because I had seen on Google that it closed at 7 pm, but when I arrived it seemed that they were about to close and I asked a salesperson, who told her to talk to me, and the other one was not very friendly either. Said the time changed and they didn't change it on google. Irresponsibility and non-commitment to the customer. The seller asked what I was going to see (I was going to see a purse, but after that I didn't want to anymore), imagine them grudgingly and I sell a purse. I will never come back to this store. It lacks professionalism and education.
