Mas o principal é que ela é uma pessoa iluminada com uma energia maravilhosa. Não importa os esforço que se faça no exercício, ao final estará completamente relaxado e energizado. Recomendo demais. Obrigado por tudo Inês.
I tried yoga for the first time with Inês. There were 4 classes that made me want to continue practicing. In just two weeks I was able to evolve in muscle stretching. But the main thing is that she is an enlightened person with wonderful energy. No matter how much effort you put into the exercise, in the end you will be completely relaxed and energized.
