Eu sou uma pessoa muito calma mas eu tenho meus medos e estresses, ao longo do mês eu sinto q estou sem energia e só me movo por determinação.
Sinto q ela tira toda a minha tensão, ansiedade ou nervosismo. Pensamentos q me assombram em momentos de tensão, somem!

I have been doing massage with the therapist Tatiane for a few months.
What do I feel?
I'm a very calm person but I have my fears and stresses, throughout the month I feel like I'm out of energy and I just move out of determination.
I feel that it takes away all my tension, anxiety or nervousness. Thoughts that haunt me in moments of tension, vanish!
