★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Melhor que todas as unidades de Fortaleza. Não tive dificuldades para marcar minha sessão, o espaço é bem mais amplo e aconchegante que das outras espaço laser, alem do bom atendimento. Um pouco mais distante, mas vale a pena.
Better than all units in Fortaleza. I had no difficulty in scheduling my session, the space is much larger and cozy than the other laser space, in addition to the good service. A little further away, but it's worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, fui mal tratada, fechei meu pacote em outra unidade e ao pedir transferência e ser orientada em que dia deveria está na unidade do Eusébio, me deparei com uma uma fisioterapeuta e uma atendente mal educadas. Fui na sexta feira dia 31/01/2020 ás 10h. Cheguei um pouco antes e me deixaram na chuva, alegando que estavam limpando o local, mas a chuva estava torrencial e elas estavam dentro, sentadas na recepção. Quando abriram não deram bom dia e ja foram dizendo que não era daquela forma que se atendia naquela unidade, que tinha paciente marcado, embora só tivesse eu na loja. Me senti constrangida, situação complicada. Me retirei e disse que não precisava ir atrás de nada mais, porque eu mesma não iria ficar naquele local. Saí do Eusébio e fui até o Via Sul, local que mesmo sem eu marcar me recebeu, me orientou e me guiou. Sinceramente a unidade do Eusébio tem que requalificar sua equipe.
Bad service, I was treated badly, I closed my package in another unit and when asking for a transfer and to be guided on what day I should be at the Eusébio unit, I came across a rude physiotherapist and attendant. I went on Friday, 01/31/20 at 10am. I arrived a little before and they left me in the rain, claiming that they were cleaning the place, but the rain was pouring and they were inside, sitting at the reception. When they opened, they did not say good morning and they were already saying that it was not that way that they attended in that unit, that they had a patient scheduled, even though there was only me in the store. I felt uncomfortable, a complicated situation. I left and said I didn't need to go after anything else, because I wouldn't be staying there myself. I left Eusébio and went to Via Sul, a place that even without my appointment received me, guided me and guided me. Honestly, Eusébio's unit has to requalify its team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre gostei do compromisso dá Espaço Laser e atendimento... Mas minha 5 sessão foi excepcional ? , uma excelente profissional, simpática, educada, atenciosa... Poderia descrever inúmeras qualidades. Fechei um pacote bem barato, mas não sinto diferença por isso no atendimento. Além de sempre receber os contatos pra confirmar o procedimento, que é algo maravilhoso!
Super indico Espaço Laser Eusébio!
I always liked the commitment given by Espaço Laser and customer service ... But my 5th session was exceptional ?, an excellent professional, friendly, polite, attentive ... I could describe countless qualities. I closed a very cheap package, but I feel no difference for that in the service. Besides always receiving the contacts to confirm the procedure, which is a wonderful thing!
Super recommended Eusébio Laser Space!

Porém as meninas da recepção complicam muito para fazer reagendamento agora por causa da pandemia, muita desorganização!O atendimento é bom enquanto estão interessadas em te vender mais sessões, mas quando vc já adquiri os pacotes o interesse diminui muito, não entraram em contato para agendar minhas sessões atrasadas por conta do fechamento na pandemia!
The physiotherapists who perform the sessions are excellent! But the girls at the reception make it very difficult to reschedule now because of the pandemic, a lot of disorganization! The service is good while they are interested in selling you more sessions, but when you have already purchased the packages, the interest decreases a lot, they did not contact us to schedule my sessions delayed due to the closure in the pandemic!
