Fui ao WhatsApp pedir satisfação eles mencionaram que não tinha mais aquele valor promocional no dia. Tenho tudo registrado e mesmo sabendo que ela tinha me informado o valor, cobrou da minha avó um valor superior. Uma falta de zelo com o cliente, visualizaram minha mensagem no WhatsApp e simplesmente não responderam. Infelizmente perderam 2 clientes.
My grandmother went to this place a few months ago, the secretary informed me the amount before her appointment and arrived on the day she was ALONE and charged another amount. I went to WhatsApp to ask for satisfaction, they mentioned that they no longer had that promotional value on the day. I have everything registered and even knowing that she had informed me the amount, she charged my grandmother a higher amount. A lack of zeal with the customer, they saw my message on WhatsApp and simply did not respond. Unfortunately they lost 2 customers.
