Ela não gostou do resultado da sobrancelha, lavagem e pintura do cabelo. Deixou de fazer o resto dos procedimentos devido a falta de respeito e de compromisso da Cabeleireira Mirla. Atendimento marcado pelo preconceito, pois se tratava de uma cliente senhora e não de uma blogueirinha.

Grande insatisfação na realização da sombrancelha, lavagem de cabelo efetuado de maneira desleixada por duas assistentes e ainda assim ficou tinta no cabelo. Além do momento de constrangimento provocado pela funcionária Mirla na porta do salão.
Recepção ruim no local e falta de informação sobre o funcionamento do salão.
Único agradecimento a funcionária Paula cabeleireira, que foi atenciosa no seu atendimento, e entendeu a situação e tentou contornar o ocorrido causado por outros.
