Vi esse lugar pertinho de casa e tive interesse em entrar, pois meu salão de cabelereiro fica ao lado. Sempre vi os clientes desse "espaço mulher" saindo satisfeitas e felizes pelo bom atendimento, porem, quando bati na porta para ter informações referente aos serviços prestados, fui atendido com meia porta aberta!!
Nao sei o nome e nem quero saber da moça que me atendeu, mas so pelo olhar de quem estava com medo de me atender e a forma q ela respondia questões como, valores, tipos de serviços, e horários deu pra ver nitidamente que ela nao e capacitada de trabalhar com o publico.
O atendimento foi com um grande desprezo... nao sei se ela estava com medo de mim ou simplismyente por eu ser um homem visitando um espaço aonde e mais procurado por mulheres.
Nao estou negativando o serviço, pois nao tive oportunidade nem de entrar no local pq fui barrado na porta.
Mas fica a reflexão, se vc trabalha com publico diretamente, e precisa deles pra lucrar, saiba atender alguem... indiferente de Gênero, orientação sexual, etnia, ou classe social, VOCÊ É OBRIGADO A TRATAR TODOS IGUAIS.
Estava com planos de fazer minha sobrancelha, e sai de la frustrado e discriminado.
Espero que um dia ela aprenda a atender seus clientes da mesma forma que gostaria de ser tratada

I saw this place close to home and I had an interest in entering, because my hair salon is next door. I always saw the clients of this "woman space" leaving satisfied and happy for the good service, but when I knocked on the door to have information about the services provided, I was served with half open door !!
I do not know the name and I do not want to know the girl who answered me, but it was only by the look of those who were afraid to answer me and the way she answered questions such as values, types of services and times clearly showed that she did not and able to work with the public.
The service was with a great contempt ... I do not know if she was scared of me or simplismyente because I am a man visiting a space where is more sought after by women.
I am not denying the service, because I did not even have the opportunity to enter the place because I was barred at the door.
But it is the reflection, if you work with the public directly, and need them to profit, know how to meet someone ... regardless of gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, or social class, YOU ARE OBLIGED TO TREAT EVERYONE EQUAL.
I had plans to make my eyebrows, and it leaves the frustrated and discriminated.
I hope one day she will learn to serve her clients in the same way that she would like to be treated
