★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Espaço bonito, organizado, tem estacionamento conveniado. Gostei das profissionais Amanda e Sabrina, e em geral todos muito simpáticos e educados. Fiquei chateada na saída, remarcando um novo horário a recepcionista foi bem antipática. Se não fosse o profissional cabeleireiro colaborar, eu não teria marcado novo horário. Os donos de salão deveriam escolher bem recepcionista, elas podem ganhar ou perder clientes.
Beautiful, organized space, with a car park. I liked the professionals Amanda and Sabrina, and in general everyone was very friendly and polite. I was upset on the way out, rescheduling a new time and the receptionist was very unfriendly. If the professional hairdresser hadn't collaborated, I wouldn't have made a new appointment. Salon owners should choose a receptionist well, they can gain or lose clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui ao salão com um grande problema, já bem aflita, pelo meu cabelo estar danificado e com corte químico, eles falaram que tratariam, porém ao telefone quando pedi para me explicarem como seria o tratamento para passar a minha irmã que estava me ajudando, disseram para eu procurar outro salão. Achei o tratamento muito preconceituoso e excludente, em vista de ser um momento que precisava de muita ajuda e apoio.
I went to the salon with a big problem, already very distressed, because my hair was damaged and with a chemical cut, they said they would treat it, but on the phone when I asked them to explain to me how the treatment would be to pass on to my sister who was helping me, they said for me to look for another salon. I found the treatment very prejudiced and excluding, given that it was a moment that needed a lot of help and support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca consegui marcar com uma manicure da casa, as duas vezes q tentei me colocaram com profissional recém chegada, em teste pelo visto. Impossível fidelizar clientes assim. Contudo, o lugar é agradável e as pessoas também. Astral bom!
I was never able to book an in-house manicurist, the two times I tried they put me with a newly arrived professional, on a test apparently. Impossible to retain customers like that. However, the place is nice and so are the people. Good astral!
