★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tinha uma consulta marcada e no dia minha mãe foi internada daí cheguei 20min atrasada, mesmo tendo avisado, não pude ser atendida. Ok, eu estava errada. Daí estive lá novamente e fui atendida por outra dentista que atende nas quartas e não gostei do atendimento. Respeitei a profissional e dei continuidade no tratamento com ela mesmo querendo trocar pela outra. No atendimento seguinte, minha consulta estava marcada às 16h30, cheguei às 15h40 (+-) e ouvi claramente quando o senhor antes de mim confirmou o atendimento dele pras 16h. Fiquei esperando até às 17h05 e foi aí que essa doutora da quarta resolveu colocar na minha frente uma mocinha que chegou bem depois de mim e depois do horário dela já que a Dra disse q ela tava agendada pras 16h e n estava lá no horário. Aí me pergunto, como é que apenas uma dentista iria atender duas pessoas no mesmo horário? Uma falta de respeito sem tamanho. A pessoa passa o dia trabalhando e faz de tudo pra n atrasar pra quando chegar a hora de ser atendida a dentista decidir colocar as preferências dela na frente. Pior ainda, pedi pra remarcar pois não iria esperar mais e agora terei que esperar mais 15 dias por atendimento. Não recomendo a NINGUÉM o atendimento com a dentista das quartas-feiras e espero não me arrepender de continuar indo lá pra ser atendida por Camila, que é a pessoa pela qual eu busquei a clínica e por incompatibilidade de horários não pude ser atendida, até então.
I had an appointment and on the day my mother was hospitalized, I arrived 20 minutes late, even though I warned, I could not be seen. Okay, I was wrong. Then I was there again and I was seen by another dentist who works on Wednesdays and I didn't like the service. I respected the professional and continued the treatment with her even wanting to change for the other one. In the next appointment, my appointment was scheduled at 4:30 pm, I arrived at 3:40 pm (+-) and I heard clearly when you before me confirmed his appointment for 4 pm. I was waiting until 5:05 pm and that's when this doctor on Wednesday decided to put a little girl in front of me who arrived well after me and after her time, as the doctor said she was scheduled for 4 pm and was not there on time. Then I ask myself, how is it that only one dentist would see two people at the same time? An immeasurable lack of respect. The person spends the day working and does everything not to delay until the time comes to be seen by the dentist to decide to put their preferences ahead. Worse still, I asked to reschedule as I wouldn't wait any longer and now I'll have to wait another 15 days for service. I don't recommend ANYONE the appointment with the dentist on Wednesdays and I hope I don't regret going there to be seen by Camila, who is the person I sought the clinic for and due to incompatibility of schedules I could not be seen, until then .
