Recentemente fiz um pedido neste lugar, reclamei e questionei a demora na entrega e meu pedido (sopa) veio, mas veio INSUPORTAVELMENTE SALGADO. Reclamei no whatsapp e nem para se desculparem, deixaram somente um robô falando. Mas o pior foi comentar no instagram deles e eles BLOQUEAREM MEUS DOIS PERFIS, porque não têm a decência de arcar com o erro. Isso só revela a falta de profissionalismo e consideração pelos clientes, e é o que levanta suspeitas também de o porque a sopa ter vindo PURO SAL (depois q reclamei do prazo de entrega).
Deixo aqui o registro da minha INDIGNAÇÃO, já que aqui não podem excluir ou me bloquear. :*
IF I COULD I WOULDN'T GIVE A STAR!
I recently placed an order at this place, complained and questioned the delay in delivery and my order (soup) came but it came UNBEARABLELY SALTY. I complained on whatsapp and not even to apologize, they only left a robot talking. But the worst thing was commenting on their instagram and they BLOCKING MY TWO PROFILES, because they don't have the decency to bear the mistake. This only reveals the lack of professionalism and consideration for customers, and is what also raises suspicion as to why the soup came PURO SALT (after I complained about the delivery deadline).
I leave here the record of my INDIGNATION, as they cannot delete or block me here. :*
