★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava tendo uma ótima experiência , porém tudo mudou quando precisei remarcar os horários as atendentes me trataram como se eu tivesse feito algo errado não respondiam se teria ou não a vaga tive que ligar pra ter alguma resposta e ao perguntar se teria vaga com outro profissional só me disseram OK nao falaram se teria ou não.Super decepcionada com o atendimento já estava indo a clínica a mais ou menos um ano e nunca destratei ninguém deveriam ser mais humanos pois se trata de saúde mental .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ja NÂO RECOMENDO, só pela forma como fui atendida para agendar uma consulta, fiquei aguardando o suporte com as informações que iriam me passar para dar continuidade a consulta Online, e não me respondiam, no dia da consulta, chamei novamente e fui atendida com tons irônicos, nem se desculparam pelo desconto,, por ser um local que prestam atendimento também a pessoas com a saúde mental danificada deveriam contratar pessoas capacitadas e que queiram oferecer um serviço de qualidade!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não consegui nem me consultar com a nutricionista. Não tem lugar pra estacionar, e a rua é bem íngrime, horrível. Quando cheguei na recepção tinha que ter o encaminhamento pra nutricionista me atender pq senão não atendia pelo convênio.... Eu tinha esquecido o encaminhamento, mas tinha ele em casa e poderia levar depois. Negaram o atendimento, eu voltei pra casa. Agendei numa outra clínica bem mais fácil e não precisa de encaminhamento... Aquelas burocracias que você não entende pq existem ainda... Só perdi tempo indo nessa clínica. Numa fase como essa, a flexibilidade é onde se vê maior diferença nesses atendimentos médicos. Respondendo a resposta com tamanha cordialidade da então clínica médica, a recepcionista não me deu opção de foto do encaminhamento, repetiu que só aceitava ele físico. Jeitinho Brasileiro? Falei em flexibilidade. Mas tudo bem, nessa clínica eu não volto! Engraçado que pra uma clínica, o convênio solicita tantas coisas, pra outras as coisas são tão mais simples! Ainda bem que alguns consultórios estão acordando com o atendimento aos pacientes diferenciado pq pra ser mal atendido já basta sus.

I had forgotten the referral, but I had him at home and could take it later. They denied the service, I went home. I booked at another clinic that is much easier and does not need referral ... Those bureaucracies that you don't understand because they still exist ... I just wasted time going to that clinic. In a phase like this, flexibility is where you see the biggest difference in these medical services. Answering the answer with such cordiality from the then medical clinic, the receptionist did not give me the option of a photo of the referral, she repeated that she only accepted him as a physicist. Brazilian way? I talked about flexibility. But that's okay, I won't be back at this clinic! Funny that for a clinic, the agreement requests so many things, for others things are so much simpler! Thankfully, some offices are waking up with differentiated patient care because to be poorly attended, sus is enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei uma tele-consulta com a Dra Roseli, nutricionista. A principio ela foi muito simpática e um atendimento OK. Porém aguardei mais de 15 dias o retorno dela com minha dieta, especifiquei que coloquei recentemente um balão gástrico, e a mesma me entregou uma dieta com os alimentos restritos na minha alimentação devido ao balão, um cardápio feito a mão, que com certeza ela não levou nem 5 minutos para elaborar. Estou muito insatisfeita com o atendimento e não recomendo de forma alguma!!!
I made an appointment with Dr. Roseli, a nutritionist. At first she was very friendly and the service was OK. However, I waited more than 15 days for her return with my diet, I specified that I recently put a gastric balloon, and she handed me a diet with restricted food in my diet due to the balloon, a handmade menu, which she certainly does not it took not even 5 minutes to elaborate. I am very dissatisfied with the service and I do not recommend it at all !!!
