★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui lá como Músico. Espaço com boa acústica; bem arejado; muitas árvores; fácil localização; amplo; banheiros novos; o único porém é que se o locador quiser fazer uma festa com mais barulho, os vizinhos normalmente reclamam (é isso que fiquei sabendo). Mas além disso nada deixa a desejar.
I went there as a Musician. Space with good acoustics; well ventilated; a lot of trees; easy location; broad; new bathrooms; the only thing though is that if the landlord wants to make a party with more noise, the neighbors usually complain (that's what I heard). But there is nothing to be desired.
