Para não ter erro é bom deixar tudo avisado antes, assim como acredito que todo mundo cumpriu com o pagamento antes de começar os procedimentos mesmo isso não estando na lei do consumidor, mas se é uma regra do salão, ok..
O espaço que nos foi dado para o momento da vestimenta não era o lugar adequado que foi mostrado no dia que foi apresentado o salão, sendo assim, aconteceram algumas divergências devido a falta de organização, e local apropriado para cada noiva, sendo assim deveria ser avisado que o local era para uso de todas as noivas no dia, e com grandes chances de perda de objetos, afinal estamos falando de um dia que todos estão a Flor da pele, e um dia sem tempo para solucionar problemas não previsto, então uma ideia, deixem placas com nomes das noivas e madrinhas, caso isso aconteça novamente e deixem avisado que aquele ambiente se arrumam todas as noivas
A assessoria de vestimenta infelizmente também não teve, afinal quem foi assessorar foram as próprias madrinhas, menos no meu caso que não tinha opção e precisei de uma ajuda de quem sabia, mas isso teria que ser para todos, então se atentem a esses detalhes, a final somos clientes, e quem precisa entender situações e solucionar problemas são vocês, assim como quando estamos nessa posição temos que cumprir com isso.
Como me disse "estamos no mercado a 50 anos" e como me bloquearam por simplesmente cobrar algo que é total direito meu, eu digo se estão no mercado a 50 anos , entendam e assumam que vocês erram sim, e que os erros que acontecem parecem de locais que acabaram de abrir.

The space that was given to us for the moment of dressing was not the appropriate place that was shown on the day that the salon was presented, so, there were some differences due to lack of organization, and appropriate place for each bride, so it should be warned that the place was for the use of all brides on the day, and with great chances of loss of objects, after all we are talking about a day when everyone is at Flor da Pele, and a day with no time to solve unforeseen problems, so a idea, leave signs with the names of the brides and bridesmaids, in case this happens again and let them know that all the brides get ready in that environment
Unfortunately, the dress advice didn't have it either, after all, the bridesmaids themselves were the ones to advise, except in my case, which had no option and I needed help from someone who knew, but that would have to be for everyone, so pay attention to these details, In the end, we are clients, and you are the one who needs to understand situations and solve problems, just as when we are in this position, we have to comply with it.
As I was told "we have been in the market for 50 years" and as I have been blocked for simply charging something that is totally mine, I say if you have been in the market for 50 years, understand and assume that you make mistakes, and that the mistakes that happen seem of locations that have just opened.
