Super indico o Studio!!
 Diogo and Flávia are incredible professionals. I found myself at Pilates and soon I see significant changes in back pain, body concentration and breathing.
Super recommend the Studio !!

I started 2 weeks ago and I'm loving it!! The teachers are great, welcoming environment, quiet and well located, close to the subway. Nothing to complain :)

Note 10 space! From the first contact to classes everything went as smoothly as possible. Flávia and Diogo are very attentive and great professionals. I highly recommend it!

Estou desde o início da pandemia sem frequentar o studio, optei por aulas on line, porém, estou muito inclinada a voltar
para desfrutar das novas instalações e receber os inúmeros benefícios que as aulas presenciais me trazem. Fico tranquila com relação aos cuidados higiênicos, que o momento requer, pois conheço e aprecio o cuidado e responsabilidade que Diogo e Flavia dedicam à Nós e ao studio ( fruto dos sonhos desse casal ). Até breve!

Since the beginning of the pandemic I have not attended the studio, I opted for online classes, however, I am very inclined to return
to enjoy the new facilities and receive the countless benefits that face-to-face classes bring me. I am calm about the hygienic care, which the moment requires, as I know and appreciate the care and responsibility that Diogo and Flavia dedicate to Nós and to the studio (the fruit of this couple's dreams). Sinto uma mudança muito grande e positiva na minha postura, músculos, força e flexibilidade. Só tenho a agradecer ao Diogo e a Flavia por todo acompanhamento e dedicação. Sem contar os cuidados e protocolos que são super bem seguidos por conta da situação do COVID - 19. É um prazer hoje para mim fazer pilates, super recomendo!
I've been taking Pilates class for almost 1 year and I just LOVE it! The teachers are extremely professional and careful about how we perform the exercises. I feel a very big and positive change in my posture, muscles, strength and flexibility. I just have to thank Diogo and Flavia for all their support and dedication. Not to mention the care and protocols that are very well followed due to the situation at COVID - 19. It's a pleasure for me to do Pilates today, I highly recommend it!
