★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi e está sendo EXCELENTE. Conheci a Pro Ative para fazer fisio, o Dr. Paulo que me deu o diagnóstico (o ortopedista não descobriu,), 9 sessões foram suficientes para me sentir OTIMA. Após a fisio comecei o PILATES, estou amando, me superando a cada dia.
Também faço massagem modeladora com a Bruna, uma EXCELENTE profissional, no qual já estou vendo resultados.
Super recomendo a Pro Ative, são profissionais que se preocupam com seus pacientes/ clientes.

 My experience was and is being EXCELLENT. I met Pro Ative to do physio, Dr. Paulo who gave me the diagnosis (the orthopedist didn't find out), 9 sessions were enough to make me feel GREAT. After the physio I started PILATES, I'm loving it, surpassing myself every day.
I also do modeling massage with Bruna, an EXCELLENT professional, in which I'm already seeing results.
I highly recommend Pro Ative, they are professionals who care about their patients/customers.

Hoje estou ótima ganhei movimentos e perdi o medo de me movimentar graças ao apoio do professor durante a execução dos exercícios. Estou feliz e recomendo. Sobre a clínica é muito bonita, agradável, espaçosa e o preço é muito bom. E os profissionais digo que nos dão atendimento vip.
I started Pilates with the aim of improving leg and hip movements after surgery and prosthetics. Today I'm great, I gained movements and I lost the fear of moving thanks to the teacher's support during the exercises. I'm happy and recommend it. About the clinic it is very beautiful, pleasant, spacious and the price is very good. And the professionals say that they give us VIP service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequento o Espaço Pró Ative à aproximadamente dois anos, praticando Pilates. Por isso posso afirmar a qualidade e dedicação no atendimento. O Paulo é um excelente profissional, muito dedicado, e por ser fisioterapeuta aplica corretamente os exercícios para tirar as dores e fortalecer o corpo.
Hoje, utilizo o Pilates como complemento à musculação, e não pretendo parar.
O espaço é muito bom. Eles cuidam muito da limpeza e assiduidade dos ambientes e o Paulo sempre higieniza os aparelhos após cada uso.
Em todo esse tempo, já ouvi vários relatos de pessoas que começaram a frequentar o espaço com dores musculares e articulares e em apenas poucas sessões se livraram das dores.
E também quero deixar uma dica. Se você estiver com alguma dor e estiver esperando a dor passar para começar um tratamento fisioterapico, não espere não. Vá lá que o Paulo tira a dor com exercícios de Pilates.
I have been attending Espaço Pró Ativa for approximately two years, practicing Pilates. That's why I can affirm the quality and dedication in service. Paulo is an excellent professional, very dedicated, and as he is a physiotherapist, he correctly applies the exercises to relieve the pain and strengthen the body.
Today, I use Pilates as a complement to weight training, and I don't intend to stop.
Space is really nice. They take great care of the cleaning and attendance of the environments and Paulo always sanitizes the devices after each use.
In all this time, I've heard several reports of people who started to frequent the space with muscle and joint pain and in just a few sessions they got rid of the pain.
And I also want to leave a tip. If you are in any pain and are waiting for the pain to go away before starting physical therapy, don't wait. Come on, Paulo takes the pain out with Pilates exercises.

Comecei a fazer pilates pois esta gravida e trabalhando de home office, nao poderia ficar sem praticar exercícios, e o pilates foi uma otima escolha! Paulo é um excelente profissional e muito focado no que faz , a Bruna também é uma excelente profissional! O espaço é aconchegante e bem dividido ainda mais neste momento que estamos vivendo é um diferencial! Super indico e recomendo espaco Pro Ative!
