★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Espaço 10! Professora 10! Os equipamentos são todos novos, confortáveis e ergonômicos; o espaço é amplo e climatizado. A professora - sempre bem-disposta e atenciosa - é espetacular! Ajusta e adapta cada aula à necessidade do aluno, com acompanhamento e explicação a cada exercício proposto. Até dor de cabeça já curei - só com alongamentos específicos para isso. É, sem dúvidas, o meu melhor tempo em Limoeiro do Norte. Sou outro, meu corpo é outro. Nota 10!
Space 10! Teacher 10! The equipments are all new, comfortable and ergonomic; The space is large and air conditioned. The teacher - always happy and helpful - is spectacular! It adjusts and adapts each class to the student's needs, with accompaniment and explanation to each proposed exercise. Even the headache has healed - only with specific stretches for that. This is undoubtedly my best time in Limoeiro do Norte. I am another, my body is another. Grade 10!
