★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sobre ter câmeras no local... É permitido em lei, a presença das mesmas em estabelecimentos comerciais para a segurança do local e dos convidados.
Depois que acontece alguma coisa contra alguém e não tiver câmera, ai sim as pessoas ignorantes não iriam valer do comentário que estão sendo filmadas igual como se estivessem no "big brother brasil", quanta ignorância e falta de maturidade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Concordo extremamente com a proibição de animais no local de festa, pois vale uma questão sanitária e de contra transmissão de possíveis zoonoses entre eles, como bicho geográfico, carrapato, pulga, sarna, entre outros. Portanto, sendo de respeito aos clientes que estão no espaço e nunca de maltrato aos animais como algumas pessoas mal esclarecidas relataram anteriormente.
I strongly agree with the ban on animals at the party place, as it is a health issue and counter transmission of possible zoonoses among them, such as geographic bug, tick, flea, scabies, among others. Therefore, being of respect to customers who are in space and never mistreating animals as some ill-informed people have previously reported.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O espaço interno é bom, os banheiros são separados em uma ante-sala pra isolar o cheiro. A parte externa tem uma piscina com luz interna que fica muito bonita. Só achei que o som só fica bom do lado de dentro. Para fora ele sai com ruído alto e o grave fica ruim. Tirando isso, muito bom o lugar.
The internal space is good, bathrooms are separated into an anteroom to isolate the smell. The outside has a pool with inner light which is very beautiful. I just thought that the sound is only good inside. Out he goes out with loud noise and the grave is bad. Other than that, very good place.

Boa noite.
Sei que o grupo não é para isso, mas preciso compartilhar isso. Estive em um casamento no espaço que abriu recentemente ( Espaço Realize), esse casamento estava agendado a mais de 3 meses... O acordado com a dona do estabelecimento foi o aluguel do final de semana... Durante o casamento ela teve a coragem de ligar para meu irmão (noivo) falando que ele teria que sair do estabelecimento pois no contrato estava que ele alugou apenas a sexta feira e sábado (sendo que pegamos a chave na sexta às 18:00). Ela falou na nossa cara, temos um audio dela falando que teríamos que sair no domingo, durante a negociação do aluguel.
Enfim, tivemos que parar a festa e pedir para todos os convidados se retirarem, alguns ficaram com dó e até nos ajudou a limpar.
Sei que pelo contrato ela estava correta, mas na emoção nem confirmamos se a data estava correta, mas ela sabia que era o final de semana, falamos diversas vezes... não ficamos nem 24 horas no salão e pagamos o preço de duas diárias, pois na sexta ficamos arrumando os enfeites.
E ainda durante o casamento entrou um cachorrinho de rua, que deve ter sido atraído pelo cheiro da comida, acolhemos ele e demos o que comer... uns minutos depois a dona do estabelecimento ligou para a gente e disse que estava vendo na câmera que tinha um cachorro no estabelecimento dela e que era para retirá-lo imediatamente!! Após isso ela ligou novamente pedindo para desligar as luzes da piscina porque ia gastar muita energia e poderia até queimar!
Chegamos a conclusão que a palavra das pessoas hoje em dia não vale em nada, hoje vale mais o dinheiro do que o sonho de alguém.

I know the group is not for that, but I need to share it. I was in a space wedding that recently opened (Realize Space), this wedding was scheduled for more than 3 months ... The agreement with the owner of the property was the weekend rental ... During the wedding she had the courage to call my brother (fiancé) saying that he would have to leave the property because in the contract was that he rented only on Friday and Saturday (we got the key on Friday at 18:00). She spoke in our face, we have a talking audio it we would have to leave on Sunday, during the negotiation of rent.
Anyway, we had to stop the party and ask all the guests to leave, some were pitying and even helped us clean up.
I know that by the contract she was correct, but in emotion we didn't even confirm if the date was correct, but she knew it was the weekend, we talked several times ... we didn't even stay 24 hours in the lounge and paid the price of two nights, because on Friday we were tidying up the ornaments.
And even during the wedding came a stray dog, who must have been attracted by the smell of the food, we welcomed him and gave us something to eat ... a few minutes later the owner of the establishment called us and said she was seeing on camera that had a dog in her establishment and that was to remove him immediately !! After that she called again asking to turn off the pool lights because it would waste a lot of energy and could even burn!
We have come to the conclusion that the word of people today is worth nothing, today is worth more money than someone's dream.
