Eu entrei pra fazer um troca e menino alto meio gordinho viu que eu estava com a bolsa da loja ele sabia que era troca e preferiu não me atender fingiu que não me viu e quando eu fui falar com a menina do caixa ela o chamou , e ele reclamou mostrou-se insatisfeito e ainda passou a venda pra menina chamada Bia que me atendeu super bem porém fico chateado e não compro mas nessa loja do norte shopping por causa do mal atendimento desse menino ( a menina me atendeu super bem )

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me senti muito constrangido ao ir na Loja espaço Rubro Negro do Flamengo "Norte Shopping", fui colocar Patrocinio na camisa do meu pai para entregar de presente, e fui atendido por um Jovem que nem se quer deixou eu abrir minha mochila para amostrar e verificar a malha da camisa(autêntica) e ja veio falando para mim que so poderia colocar na Loja em que eu comprei, e disse que era norma da empresa, sendo que a camisa foi comprada na Loja de vocês no shopping Botafogo...
Fui testar se isso era verdade andei ate um outro shopping aonde tem loja física de vocês e descobri que não tem nada disso!
Peço que reveja o conceito de Bom atendimento de seus funcionários...
Saio muito Constrangido e vou dar a camisa para meu Pai sem patrocinio!

I ask you to review the concept of Good service of your employees ...
I leave very embarrassed and I will give the shirt to my Father without sponsorship!
