Recepcionista sempre de cara amarrada, não apresentou academia e nem professores no ato da inscrição, foi so um "pode ir lá", em um mês não colheu digital para acesso e nem tirou a foto que ela mesma dizia ser necessário. Meu marido fez avaliação para receber a ficha de exercícios e nesse 1 mês não ficou pronta, o professor sempre adiou.
Pagamos mais de 300,00 reais em um mês de academia, inscrição e avaliação para ter um atendimento péssimo.
Salty price for low quality service. Receptionist always frowning, she did not present a gym or teachers at the time of registration, she was just a "can go there", in a month she did not collect digital for access and did not even take the photo that she said was necessary. My husband did an evaluation to receive the exercise sheet and in that 1 month it was not ready, the teacher always postponed it.
We paid more than 300.00 reais in a month of gym, registration and evaluation to have a terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Profissionais bons, mas a manutenção da academia está péssima. O aquecedor da piscina está quebrado de novo. Hoje fiz hidroginastica na água gelada. Clima fazendo 21 graus na hora da aula. Volta e meia o aquecedor quebra. Demora muito para conserto , as vezes mais de uma semana pra ficar bom novamente. Perguntei se tinha previsão de conserto, não souberam informar. Em algumas épocas a água da piscina fica suja demais também. O proprietário parece não se importar com a limpeza do local nem manutenção, só visa o lucro dele. Descaso total com os alunos.
Respondendo sobre o fato de eu acessar via gympass, eu frequento esta academia há 5 anos, já tive plano individual, plano familia e atualmente gympass. Se informe melhor antes de responder às reclamações.
Se o fornecedor de seu equipamento não atende, contrate outros, e sobre a sujeira da piscina, não falo sobre ser aberta, é sobre manutenção mesmo, algo não funcionou e a água estava turva demais na semana passada, alunos deixam de frequentar aulas por isto, mesmo caso quando a água está fria demais. O aquecedor existe, mas não funciona, é uma eternidade pra consertar. Quem perde ? Quem paga o serviço e não usa.
Vocês tem um monopólio, únicos do bairro a oferecerem natação, deveriam se atentar mais às reclamações, justas, visto que não está funcionando bem , em vez de ficar rebatendo comentários sobre equipamentos quebrados .

The heater exists, but it doesn't work, it's an eternity to fix. Who loses? Who pays for the service and doesn't use it.
You have a monopoly, the only ones in the neighborhood to offer swimming, you should pay more attention to complaints, fair, since it's not working well, instead of rebutting comments about broken equipment.
