★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Espaço muito bom, atendimento, as consultas, o que falha é as recepcionistas terem que atender os pacientes e ter que atender tamben as ligacoes, dificultando o atendimento para quem ja esta ali e com senha, aguardando para agendar e ou ser atendido para consultas. As ligacoes deveriam ser direciomadas para uma central de atendimento e separado do atendimento delas. Amo esse espaco, tem feito muota diferenca na minha saude, medicos e atendentes nota mil. Mas este sistema é nota zero. Precisa melhorar e deixar a recepção livre pra quem esta ali pessoalmente. Pois a dificuldade tem sido grande ate pra ligarmos pra desmarcar um agendamento. Obrigada
Very good space, service, consultations, what fails is the receptionists have to answer the patients and have to answer the calls, making it difficult for those who are already there and with a password, waiting to schedule and or be answered for consultations. Calls should be directed to a call center and separated from their call. I love this space, has made a lot of difference in my health, doctors and attendants note thousand. But this system is grade zero. Need to improve and leave the reception free for those who are there personally. Because the difficulty has been great even for us to call to clear a schedule. Thanks
