★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As peças são lindas, cores bem variadas, mas o atendimento deixou um pouco a desejar, comprei umas peças pelo WhatsApp, não deu certo tive que realizar a troca, mas não fui feliz, deixar de realizar a troca por ter ultrapassado um dia após o prazo, não foi levado em consideração que tivemos um domingo e um feriado dentro do prazo de 07 dias estupulado pela loja. O atendimento é importante para o retorno do cliente!! Acredito que faltou um pouco de boa vontade da Gerência.
The pieces are beautiful, with a wide variety of colors, but the service left a little to be desired, I bought some pieces through WhatsApp, it didn't work, I had to make the exchange, but I wasn't happy, not making the exchange because I passed it a day after the term, it was not taken into account that we had a Sunday and a holiday within the 07-day deadline stipulated by the store. Service is important for customer feedback!! I believe there was a little lack of goodwill from Management.
