★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom local para eventos. Excelente localização, porem o espaço interno é um pouco mal aproveitado. Acredito que isso será resolvido após a conclusão das obras de expansão.
Good venue for events. Excellent location, but the internal space is a little misused. I believe that this will be resolved after the expansion works are completed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar bonito, mas a organização deixou a desejar. Sabendo que era épica de chuva não havia um plano B preparado, pois a festa seria ao ar livre. Demoraram para resolver oque causou no atraso do casamento. Além de ter demorado demais o jantar (mesmo com o atraso do casamento) imagina se tivesse sido no horário. Não sei se estes problemas foram organização do local ou de fora. Se foi de fora minha nota é 4.
Beautiful place, but the organization left something to be desired. Knowing that it was rainy epic, there was no plan B prepared, as the party would be outdoors. It took them a long time to resolve what caused the delay in the wedding. Besides having taken dinner too long (even with the wedding delay) imagine if it had been on time. I don't know if these problems were the organization of the place or outside. If it was out, my score is 4.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O espaço dá todo o suporte para uma festa incrível. As festas que ele suporta são de pequeno a médio porte, não deve caber mais que 200 pessoas. O espaço é bem aproveitado tem infraestrutura para diversos itens. A decoração é totalmente personalizável. O único problema é um grande desnível (degrau) sem sinalização alguma que tem para a pista de dança; algo que pode ser muito perigoso para crianças, idosos.
The space gives all the support for an amazing party. The parties it supports are small to medium sized, should not fit more than 200 people. The space is well used has infrastructure for several items. The decoration is fully customizable. The only problem is a large uneven sign that you have on the dance floor; something that can be very dangerous for children, the elderly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro em prédio vizinho ao Espaço Terraza e hoje, 07/01/18, não estou nem conseguindo assistir televisão devido ao barulho do evento no Espaço de vcs.
Acho uma falta de respeito o fato de não respeitarem a lei do silêncio, principalmente aos domingos, tornando a tarde e noite dos moradores dos predios ao redor um inferno, impossibilitando até de assistir televisão, de tão altoo que o barulho é.
Estamos com um abaixo assinado em meu predio, pois não aguentamos mais!
Escutamos até o 'sim' das noivas, mas o pior de todos os eventos são as festas aos domingos que começam na parte da tarde e MUUUITAS vezes ultrapassam as 23h com som INACREDITAVELMENTE ALTO que as janelas chegam até a vibrar..
I live in a building next to Espaço Terraza and today, 01/07/18, I am not even able to watch television due to the noise of the event in the Space of you.
I find a lack of respect the fact that they do not respect the law of silence, especially on Sundays, making the afternoon and night of the residents of the surrounding buildings a hell, making it impossible to watch television, so loud that the noise is.
We have a petition in my building, because we can't take it anymore!
We even hear the brides 'yes', but the worst of all events are the Sundays parties that start in the afternoon and often go beyond 11 pm with unbelievably LOUD sound that the windows even vibrate.
