★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O serviço realizado por seu Ricardo ficou de primeira. A pessoa anterior que a loja enviou (pq a montagem eu fechei com a loja) foi pessimo. O piso ficou cheio de remendos, mal nivelado, e soltava todo. Encontrei sozinha 42 pontos irregulares (a olho nu- sem o olhar profissional). Após conversas, a loja se prontificou em refazer todo o serviço. Não pontuei bem a loja, devido a indicação do montador anterior (e continua a indicar), mesmo sendo de difícil trato e com outros serviços mal avaliados. Fiquem atentos se as portas precisam ser diminuídas, no meu apartamento não foi dito nada nesse sentido, o cara simplesmente tirou as portas para colocar o piso e não as recolocou e nem informou as arquitetas (uma vez que o serviço é feito por fora).
Os problemas foram resolvidos. No entanto, a loja deve informar todos esses detalhes na hora da compra. Caso forem fechar algum servico, seu Ricardo é de bom trato, educado e humilde, sempre disposto a tirar as dúvidas.
Por questões éticas não vou divulgar o nome do montador anterior. Quem me atendeu foi a arquiteta Natalia ( pessoa ótima), ela pode informar maiores detalhes.

After conversations, the store volunteered to redo the entire service. I did not score the store well, due to the indication of the previous assembler (and continues to indicate), even though it is difficult to deal with and with other badly evaluated services. Stay tuned if the doors need to be lowered, in my apartment was not said anything like that, the guy simply took the doors to put the floor and did not replace and did not inform the architects (once the service is done outside).
The problems have been solved. However, the store must provide all of these details at the time of purchase. If they are closing some service, his Ricardo is of good treatment, educated and humble, always willing to take the doubts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No que se referiu a atendimento de venda e preço realmente ela é muito boa. Na minha experiência, ela falhou no pós venda e acompanhamento do serviço. Pelo o que eu percebi eles terceirizam o serviço e não acompanham, no meu caso comprei divisórias de drywall com isolamento acústico, era um serviço pequeno que me foi passado pelo vendedor que seria feito em 3 dias.... com muito estresse, bate boca com montador grosseiro e mal educado e serviço mal feito, estou entrando no 8 dia de espera da conclusão e só não cancelei o serviço pq cometi o erro de pagar á vista todo serviço antes da execução. Não gostei da experiência com a loja e não a recomendo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O serviço de venda foi ok, a empresa indica o instalador, que para mim foi péssimo. O piso, apesar do atraso foi realizado, mas o rodapé está sendo um grande transtorno. O instalador mediu e informou que seriam 2 tipos de rodapés, devido aos tamanhos dos locais, até aí tudo bem. Demoraram quase 20 dias para enviarem o rodapé, pois tiveram que pedir, quando chegou enviaram para minha casa e fiquei esperando a boa vontade do instalador, que marcou várias vezes, me fez esperar e não aparecia, cada dia com uma desculpa diferente. No último dia marcado, prometeu chegar às 08h, mas só apareceu às 10h e quando entrou, disse que para instalar seria preciso passar massa na parede e que o tamanho dos rodapés estavam errados. A questão é que ele e nem ninguém, nunca falaram que precisaria preparar o local, apesar de eu ter perguntado sobre tudo. Resumindo: tive que comprar novo material e pagar $115 para o pedreiro ir em casa novamente. Além disso, terei que chamar novamente pintor pois as paredes precisarão de pintura novamente. Meu apto ainda não ficou pronto por conta de tanto transtorno causado pela empresa. Não indico de jeito nenhum, muita dor de cabeça. Eu preferiria ter comprado o piso no Ferreira Costa, que era mais barato e ter arrumado um instalador sério e comprometido, para efetuar o trabalho. Só dei nota 2, pq a vendedora está tentando me ajudar indicando outro instalador, pois me recuso a ser atendida com o outro. Jamais paguem à vista.
Atualizando: para instalar o rodapé serão mais $470 e depois ainda tem o pintor para arrumar as paredes que estavam prontas.
