Eles oferecem treinamento funcional personalizado, com instrutores muito bem preparados e atenciosos, ambiente alto astral, bem equipado, limpo. Todo mundo respeita o uso de máscaras e há poucos alunos ao mesmo tempo. Foi uma experiência fundamental para minha saúde física e mental durante a pandemia. Cada aula é diferente da outra e sem perceber você vai trabalhando o corpo todo, de diferentes maneiras. A cada avaliação física, sente a diferença. Recomendo a todo mundo esse espaço!
The VIP Space is the best gym I've ever been to. They offer personalized functional training, with very well prepared and attentive instructors, high-spirited environment, well equipped, clean. Everyone respects the use of masks and there are few students at the same time. It was a pivotal experience for my physical and mental health during the pandemic. Each class is different from the other and without realizing it you work your whole body in different ways. With every physical assessment, you feel the difference. I recommend this space to everyone!
