★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha ultima experiência foi péssima! Fui pessoalmente no espaço escolher o papel pois entendo a importância da escolha do suporte. Expliquei que precisava de uma papel brilhoso, com superfície parecida à cerâmica. A atendente me orientou a usar um papel metalizado e na hora questionei a qualidade do branco. O papel fazia o branco ficar cinza, mas eu não sabia se a fotografia era cinza ou se era característica do papel. Perguntei se a foto era em cinza e se não seria melhor escolher outro, pois meu trabalho tinha grandes áreas de branco. Ela disse que não, que era o cinza da foto e que o branco sairia branco. Pois bem... FUI RETIRAR A OBRA E O BRANCO ERA CINZA! Grandes áreas de cinza metalizado. Devia ter desacreditado da orientação que recebi?! Informei o engano e a atitude dessa vez foi de indiferença com o ocorrido. Como se a responsabilidade pela escolha fosse inteiramente minha quando eu fui mal informada, mesmo qndo contestei o material.
Antes eu fazia questão de encomendar nesse espaço pela qualidade da imagem e atendimento. Se havia uma falha no serviço, refaziam o trabalho. Dessa vez, sai no prejuizo financeiro e estético além de perder o tempo de produção do trabalho. Decepcionada!
My last experience was terrible! I personally went to the space to choose the paper because I understand the importance of choosing the media. I explained that I needed a glossy paper with a ceramic-like surface. The attendant directed me to use a metallic paper and at the time I questioned the quality of the white. The paper made white turn gray, but I didn't know if the photograph was gray or if it was characteristic of the paper. I asked if the photo was in gray and if it would not be better to choose another, because my work had large areas of white. She said no, that was the gray of the photo and that white would come out white. Well ... I WAS WITHDRAWING THE WORK AND WHITE WAS GRAY! Large areas of metallized ash. Should have discredited the guidance I received ?! I reported the mistake and the attitude this time was of indifference to what happened. As if the responsibility for the choice was entirely mine when I was misinformed, even when I contested the material.
Before I made a point of ordering in this space for image quality and service. If there was a failure in the service, they redoed the work. This time, comes out in financial and aesthetic damage and waste the time of production of work. Disappointed!
