Junto com treino e dieta passada por nutricionista e 10 sessões no espaço, consegui perder 2,5Kg. Eu indico para todas as mulheres e homens que querem cuidar de si mesmo!

I met the Zen Sakura space in 2020 and after that I never leave it! I just have to thank Erica, for helping me to take care of my self-esteem and mental!
Along with training and diet passed by a nutritionist and 10 sessions in space, I managed to lose 2.5 kg. I recommend it to all women and men who want to take care of themselves!
