★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência nessa unidade, super arrependida de ter fechado o pacote aqui! Minha sorte é que está acabando. Não funciona com a hora marcada, atrasa totalmente a vida do cliente e sem contar na DESorganização do local!
Bad experience in this unit, super sorry to have closed the package here! My luck is that it is running out. It doesn't work by appointment, it totally delays the customer's life and not to mention the disorganization of the place!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Você paga um pacote caríssimo pra ter um péssimo atendimento. Liga p eles e eles nunca atendem. Fiquei há dias ligando p telefone da recepção e nadar fui até a clínica e fiz o teste na frente delas, pois nem as mesmas sabiam o telefone que funcionava.. liguei e chamou, ou seja, não atendem de sacanagem. Se pudesse voltar atrás, jamais faria o pacote.
You pay an expensive package to have terrible service. Call them and they never answer. I spent days calling the reception phone and swimming I went to the clinic and took the test in front of them, because they didn't even know the phone that worked.. I called and called, that is, they don't answer dirty. If I could go back, I would never make the package.

Nunca atendem telefone e nem respondem no whatsapp, e quando chega na unidade as atendentes na maioria das vezes estão de papo, ou seja, não atende o telefone porque não quer! Fora que o paciente não pode se atrasar, que falam que não podemos realizar o serviço, agora eles podem passar 20min da sua hora, sem a menor explicação.
Outro ocorrido é que ao realizar um agendamento no app, a data e hora mudam sozinha, e quando falei do ocorrido com atendente ainda saí de maluca. Nao recomendo a unidade pra ninguém!!!

They never answer the phone or answer on whatsapp, and when they arrive at the unit, the attendants are most often chatting, that is, they don't answer the phone because they don't want to! Apart from that the patient cannot be late, that they say that we cannot perform the service, now they can spend 20 minutes of their time, without the slightest explanation.
Another occurrence is that when making an appointment in the app, the date and time change alone, and when I talked about what happened with an attendant I still went crazy. I do not recommend the unit to anyone !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre fui bem atendida e próximo do dia agendado recebo uma mensagem via whatsapp para confirmação, todos os meses são disponibilizados pacotes promocionais pelo app e como costume chego sempre cedo nos lugares que marco e na medida do possível sempre sou atendida até antes do meu horário... Até o momento não tenho nada que pontuar de forma negativo...
I was always well attended and close to the scheduled day I receive a message via whatsapp for confirmation, every month promotional packages are made available through the app and as usual I always arrive early in the places I schedule and, as far as possible, I am always attended to before my schedule. .. So far I have nothing to score negatively...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fechei um pacote e por sinal amei a 1 sessão, resultados, incríveis, agora segunda sessão horrível, nem parece que eu fiz, já paguei 3 parcelas de 18x e esse mês eu deveria pagar a quarta, liguei pedindo pra renegociar pois esse mês eu não conseguiria, a atendente disse que se eu não pagasse a quarta parcela eu não poderia fazer a 3 sessão, um absurdo, fora que eu chego lá no horário e atrasa, ligo ligo e ninguém atende.
I closed a package and by the way I loved 1 session, amazing results, now horrible second session, it doesn't even seem like I did it, I already paid 3 installments of 18 installments and this month I should pay the fourth one, I called asking to renegotiate because this month I didn't I could do it, the attendant said that if I didn't pay the fourth installment I couldn't do the 3rd session, which is absurd, besides that I get there on time and it's late, I call and no one answers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me queimaram com o laser , Péssimo atendimento, não respondem no zap (posso mandar print's das inúmeras tentativas ), não atendem telefone, me ofereceram um pacote eu respondi e até agora não tive retorno,...vou mudar de unidade, pois já estou chateada com a sucessão de coisas negativas.
They burned me with the laser, Bad service, they don't respond on zap (I can send prints of the countless attempts), they don't answer the phone, they offered me a package I answered and so far I haven't had any return,...I'm going to change units, as I'm already upset with the succession of negative things.
