A cortesia de 03 (três) sessões de depilação a laser na axilas (feminino e masculino), buço (feminino), faixa de barba (masculino) ou nuca (masculino) é válida somente para novos CPFs cadastrados e não é cumulativa com outros vouchers ou ofertas de estabelecimento. O uso do voucher é limitado a 01 (um) por CPF. Cortesias sujeita a avaliação prévia com um profissional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a depilação a laser da barba e agora pareço o Jack Sparrow do piratas do caribe, e aqui são tudo uns pilantras, meu colega fez depilação da barba e pagou 1.300 reais pela depilação total, não importando quantas sessões levaria, aqui na interlagos me cobraram 1.900 reais por dez sessões e falaram que talvez em menos teria minha depilação total, agora minha barba faz inveja ao Jack Sparrow, a Walt Disney ja me chamou para ser o dublê dele.

Se algo acontece de maneira errada, nem a gerente se responsabiliza!
Saí de lá sem conseguir enxergar! Me aplicaram o laser sem colocarem a venda, dizendo que como a área era pequena, seria rapidinho. Como eu nunca tinha feito, achei que era conduta normal.
Minha visão demorou dias para voltar ao normal!
Além disso, informaram que minha perna estava muito ressecada, mas daria para fazer o procedimento... Até hoje tenho marcas brancas na perna (já se passaram 3 meses) e passei esses 3 meses sem tomar sol, passando protetor solar todos os dias E saindo de calça!
Continuei meu tratamento em outras unidades e nunca mais tive problema.
Outra observação: fui a essa unidade por volta de 19:00 e a gerente já não estava mais na unidade. Ficou abandonada, sem NENHUMA responsável até fechar. COMO pode um estabelecimento funcionar dessa maneira?
Eu, que também sou gerente, JAMAIS cuidaria do meu trabalho dessa maneira.
Vou poupar de colocar o nome dela aqui para evitar mais constrangimentos.

I left there without being able to see! They applied the laser to me without putting the blindfold on, saying that as the area was small, it would be quick. As I had never done it, I thought it was normal conduct.
My vision took days to return to normal!
In addition, they reported that my leg was very dry, but I could do the procedure ... Until today I have white marks on my leg (3 months have passed) and I spent those 3 months without sunbathing, using sunscreen every day AND coming out of pants!
I continued my treatment in other units and never had a problem again.
Another note: I went to that unit around 7:00 pm and the manager was no longer at the unit. It was abandoned, with NO responsible until it closed. HOW can an establishment function in this way?
I, who am also a manager, would NEVER take care of my work that way.
I will save putting her name here to avoid further embarrassment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois que passou a ter atendimento pós pandemia já é um parto arrumar uma vaga.
Marquei dia 8/09/2020 na unidade shopping Interlagos.
A fisioterapeuta Jenifer disse q era melhor esperar um dia para o pelo estar melhor assim fez um encaixe para dia 10/09 as 13:30 na mesma unidade. ( Dizendo ela)
Cheguei na unidade no horário e ela havia remarcado encaixe em outra unidade.
Acho um descaso já ter uma dificuldade pra marcar e ainda chegar e não poder fazer.
Não quero mais continuar o tratamento
Quero meu dinheiro de volta sobre as sessões que faltam.
Vc paga direito mas as coisas não funcionam como deviam tomando tempo do cliente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui indicada a uma cortesia de 3 sessões e eu necessitava comparecer a avaliação para receber e entender como funciona as sessões, tive um imprevisto não consegui comparecer e tentei ligar para remarcar minha avaliação, eles simplesmente desligam na sua cara uma falta de respeito

Faço laser aí na Unidade de Interlagos e fiquei preocupada com uma situação, o atendimento entre um cliente e outro acontece em menos de dois minutos, tempo não suficiente para uma higiemizaçao da sala, sugiro que a fisioterapeuta troque pelo menos a luva na frente do cliente para uma maior transparência, pois estou insegura em continuar as sessões depilação, pelo tempo curto entre um cliente e outro fiquei na dúvida se foi passado pelo menos alcool nos equipamentos. A transparência em relação a higiene e muito importante para o cliente sempre, não somente no momento em que estamos vivendo, aí temos a certeza que estamos seguros. Agradeço a atenção.

I do laser there at the Interlagos Unit and I was worried about a situation, the service between one client and another happens in less than two minutes, not enough time for cleaning the room, I suggest that the physiotherapist change at least the glove in front of the client for greater transparency, as I am unsure of continuing the hair removal sessions, for the short time between one client and another I was in doubt whether at least alcohol was used in the equipment.
