★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mesmo depois da 10a sessão ainda nasce pelos. E mesmo você indo depois mostrar os pelos, eles ainda tiram foto do pelo visivelmente grande e mandam para "avaliação". Claramente dá pra ver que ainda tem pelos, não sei para que estão usando essas fotos.
Outro fato é que mesmo chegando no seu horário, te atendem bem depois. Se é pra ser assim, pra que ter horários? Não recomendo.
 Even after the 10th session, hair is still growing. And even though you go to show the fur, they still take a picture of the visibly large fur and send it for "evaluation". Clearly you can see it still has fur, I don't know what they're using these photos for.
Another fact is that even arriving on time, they serve you well later. If it's supposed to be like this, why have schedules? I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após as 10 sessões os pêlos voltaram. Fui a unidade relatar e eles informaram que não poderiam fazer nada e que era para eu renovar mais um pacote.
A atendente tirou algumas fotos para mostrar para uma tal supervisão.
Não quiseram dar nenhum comprovante do meu atendimento e nem dessa avaliação. Se eu quiser esperar, eles vão entrar em contato e o máximo que farão é dar 3 sessões para eu poder fechar um pacote.
Só querem tirar dinheiro, mentem para o consumidor e enganam ao não fornecer as informações que se pede sobre o tratamento, qual frequência utilizada nas sessões....
Não utilizem esse serviço!!!!!
São péssimos profissionais.
Fui muito mau tratada não recomendo a ninguém está empresa.
After 10 sessions the hairs returned. I went to the unit to report and they said they couldn't do anything and that I had to renew one more package.
The attendant took some photos to show for such supervision.
They did not want to give any proof of my attendance or of this assessment. If I want to wait, they will get in touch and the most they will do is give me 3 sessions so I can close a package.
They just want to get money, lie to the consumer and cheat by not providing the information requested about the treatment, what frequency is used in the sessions....
Do not use this service!!!!!
They are terrible professionals.
I was treated very badly, I don't recommend this company to anyone.

Mandei mensagem para todos os números que possuem whatsapp e somente em 1 responderam, dizendo que marcação de horário só e feita pelos números fixos. Só que ninguém atende os telefonemas dos números fixos! Estou decepcionada!!!
Unable to keep in touch by phone. The landline numbers provided never answer! I sent a message to all the numbers that have whatsapp and only 1 responded, saying that appointment is only made by landline numbers. But no one answers calls from landlines! I am disappointed!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo , atendente (recepcionista) não gostam de atender o telefone e realizar agendamento. Sem contar que o tratamento direto com o cliente é muito ruim.
Terrible, attendant (receptionist) do not like to answer the phone and make appointments. Not to mention that the direct treatment with the customer is very bad.

A respeito do tratamento, estou super satisfeita, os pelos já retardaram logo na primeira sessão. Confesso que estava receosa por tantos comentários negativos, mas muitas pessoas tem que entender que os profissionais são gente igual a gente e temos que tratar com gentileza para gerar gentileza. I love the girls at Espaçolaser! Super polite and helpful, especially the professional Rose with her sweetness that makes us very comfortable! A huge affection to the entire team. Regarding the treatment, I'm super satisfied, the hairs have already slowed in the first session. I confess that I was afraid of so many negative comments, but many people have to understand that professionals are people just like us and we have to treat them with kindness to generate kindness. A big kiss and a hug to the Espaçolaser team.

Atendentes desorganizadas, mentem a respeito a ordem dos clientes, a maquina vive quebrando, já fiquei esperando 3h por uma consulta que EU TINHA MARCADO COM ATECEDÊNCIA. Ngm atende o telefone. Esse telefone é de mentira, não percam seu tempo ligando. Só entram em contato com você pra falar de promoção mas pra avisar que a máquina quebrou e vai atrasar, não informam. Péssimo, péssimo, péssimo. Pior dos lugares. Se eu pudesse dar menos que uma estrela eu dava. É sempre um estresse ir lá. Gastem o dinheiro de vocÊs com outra coisa. E como se não bastasse, não zerou os pêlos, tiraram foto e mandaram para avaliação e nunca me deram retorno dessa avaliação.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 15/03/22, me mandaram um WhatsApp falando que não me atenderia porque a máquina estava quebrada, e iriam me agendar pra outro dia. Hoje é dia 21/03/22, e continuo esperando o agendamento.
On 03/15/22, they sent me a WhatsApp saying that they would not answer me because the machine was broken, and they would schedule me for another day. Today is the 21/03/22, and I'm still waiting for the appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frequento a espaço laser a um tempo, e eles costumam sempre ter um padrão de atendimento excelente, diferente dessa unidade do baymarket. Atendimento PÉSSIMO. É a primeira vez q me dou ao trabalho de fazer reclamação de algum atendimento. Só estou fazendo porque é realmente RUIM.
I've been going to laser space for a while, and they always have an excellent standard of service, unlike this baymarket unit. TERRIBLE service. It's the first time I've bothered to make a complaint about a service. I'm just doing it because it's really BAD.
