Fizeram uma cobrança indevida em nome da minha esposa e por incrível que pareça é impossível de resolver pois a empresa não tem antendimento e pessoal capacitado pra isso.
Engraçado que para vender todos conseguem fazer tudo e para resolver problemas causados por eles mesmos não tem como fazer nada.
Entendo que é uma rede mas a partir do momento em que se assume o nome para o trabalho tudo está no pacote..o inclusive lidar com a falta de capacidade e profissionalismo da matriz.
Talvez a empresa não seja dotada de bons valores, por isso não indico e quem já fez serviços olhos abertos pois podem ser a próxima vítima.

They made an undue charge on behalf of my wife and, incredible as it may seem, it is impossible to resolve because the company has no advance and trained staff for this.
Funny that to sell everyone can do everything and to solve problems caused by themselves there is nothing to do.
I understand that it is a chain but from the moment the name for the job is assumed, everything is in the package ... including dealing with the lack of capacity and professionalism of the headquarters.
Perhaps the company is not endowed with good values, so I do not indicate and who has done services with eyes open as they may be the next victim.
