★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Marcar uma sessão é um suplício. Não atendem telefone, o App não funciona e não aceitam marcação pelo WhatsApp. E quando finalmente consegue falar com alguém, a disponibilidade é para muito tempo depois.
Terrible. Scheduling a session is an ordeal. They don't answer the phone, the App doesn't work and they don't accept WhatsApp appointments. And when you finally manage to talk to someone, the availability is for a long time later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O laser é realmente de uma qualidade muito superior. Porém é quase impossível se comumunicar por telefone ou conseguir remarcar sem precisar esperar um mês ou mais. Além disso, eles SEMPRE atrasam. Você tem que esperar pelo menos uns 15min toda vez. Não dá pra organizar a sessão no meio do dia, porque eles sempre atrasam.
The laser is actually of a much superior quality. However, it is almost impossible to communicate by phone or to be able to reschedule without having to wait a month or more. Plus, they ALWAYS be late. You have to wait at least 15min each time. You can't organize the session in the middle of the day, because they are always late.
