O uso do voucher é limitado a 01 (um) por CPF. Cortesias sujeita a avaliação prévia com um profissional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo por enquanto, estou com a pendência de reembolso de um hidratante que a gerente pediu que eu comprasse para “ melhorar” a queimadura que tive durante a 10ª sessão a laser. Até agora 1 mês e 3 dias e nada do reembolso. Estou com a região escura, manchada e pior do que antes. Um descaso com a situação. Ligo e peço resposta e nada. Liguei para a central em SP também nada. Único aviso recebido pela atendente foi de que em 3 dias úteis já era para eu ter recebido o reembolso.
Na realidade foi sofrida a dor da queimadura e eu não indico a espaço laser pela demora na negociação e o descaso com a situação. Tentei, esperei, fui educada e tenho arquivos de imagens de como fiquei mas até agora nenhuma atenção.
Ps* Isso porque só estou pedindo o reembolso de cremes que eles mesmos receitaram. Imagine se fosse todo valor pago pelo tratamento? Sigo aguardando e bem descontente.
I do not recommend it yet, I have a pending refund for a moisturizer that the manager asked me to buy to "improve" the burn I had during the 10th laser session. So far 1 month and 3 days and no refund. My region is dark, stained and worse than before. A disregard for the situation. I call and ask for an answer and nothing. I called the central in SP also nothing. The only warning received by the attendant was that in 3 business days I was due to receive the refund.
In reality the pain of the burn was suffered and I do not recommend the laser space for the delay in negotiation and the disregard for the situation. I tried, I waited, I was polite and I have image files of how I looked but so far no attention.
Ps * That's because I'm only asking for the refund of creams that they themselves prescribed. Imagine if it was all the amount paid for the treatment? I keep waiting and very unhappy.
