Não houve resultado, e quando questionados são extremamente grossos, em especial a responsável.
O mínimo que deveriam fazer, seria devolver o valor cobrado (que não foi pouco),uma vez que não foi entregue o resultado prometido.
Péssimo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para fechar contrato o espaço é ótimo! São super simpáticos, solícitos, inventam que estão dando descontos e te tratam super bem. Já nas sessões, cada funcionária faz uma sessão em você, mas apesar de todas te tratarem bem, ficam tentando "empurrar" outros pacotes para você fechar e não são todas elas que aplicam o laser da forma correta. Uma delas, especificamente, adora tentar te convencer a fechar novos tratamentos e, na aplicação do laser em si, faz todo procedimento com pressa e sem atenção aos "detalhes", deixando de aplicar o laser em várias partes (mesmo quando solicitada para que o faça). Resultado: o tratamento termina e você fica insatisfeita com ele. Com isso, entra em contato com o espaço para tentar solucionar seu problema e fazer algumas sessões extras. A resposta: você não tem. Não te dão retorno de nada e, por mais que você fique indo atrás, só te enrolam. Sem contar que, por mais que você tenha feito todo tratamento certinho, tentam te convencer de que foi algo errado que você fez, como dar tempo maior entre as sessões do que o indicado, ter tomado algum medicamento que tenha dado alteração hormonal, etc. Tenho todo histórico do whatsapp salvo para apresentar no PROCON e para ajuizar ação no Juizado Especial Cível. Dizem que sabemos se um estabelecimento comercial é bom ou péssimo pela forma como tratam seus clientes após o término do contrato. O Espaço Laser Valinhos é péssimo, não merecia nem avaliação de meia estrela. Não indico nem para meu pior inimigo. Tenho vergonha das pessoas que já TIVE que indicar para fazerem tratamento lá (e digo que tive porque eles dizem que você tem que indicar um número x de pessoas para ter direito a determinado desconto ou a um número determinado de sessões). PÉSSIMO!
To close the contract the space is great! They are super friendly, helpful, they invent that they are giving discounts and they treat you very well. In the sessions, each employee does a session on you, but although they all treat you well, they keep trying to "push" other packages for you to close and not all of them apply the laser correctly. One of them, specifically, loves to try to convince you to close new treatments and, in the application of the laser itself, makes the whole procedure in a hurry and without paying attention to the "details", failing to apply the laser in several parts (even when asked for the Knife). Result: the treatment ends and you are dissatisfied with it. With that, get in touch with the space to try to solve your problem and do some extra sessions. The answer: you don't. They don't give you anything back and, no matter how much you go after it, they just wrap you up. Not to mention that, no matter how well you have done all the right treatment, they try to convince you that it was something wrong that you did, such as giving more time between sessions than indicated, having taken any medication that has given hormonal changes, etc. I have all the history of whatsapp saved to present at PROCON and to file a lawsuit in the Special Civil Court. They say that we know if a business is good or bad by the way they treat their customers after the contract ends. Espaço Laser Valinhos is terrible, it didn't even deserve a half star rating. I don't even point to my worst enemy. I am ashamed of the people that I HAD to refer to for treatment there (and I say I did because they say that you have to indicate x number of people to be entitled to a certain discount or a certain number of sessions). TERRIBLE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou extremamente insatisfeita com o serviço prestado. Desmarcaram minha sessão que eu sempre agendo com antecedência e não me avisaram. Novamente reagendei, e faltando 10 dias tentei ver outra data já que me jogaram lá pra frente e isso atrapalha e muito o cronograma. Pois bem, mais uma vez desmarcaram a minha sessão sem a minha autorização, não me avisaram e nem falaram pra agendar outra data, mesmo eu estando em conversa com a atendente pelo whatsapp. Já estou finalizando as sessões e o que prometeram na avaliação não se cumpre.
