Nunca passei por nada parecido. Depois você acreditando que foi apenas uma situação pontual e que erros acontecem tenta marcar novamente mas é completamente ignorada. Enfim… não indico e fiquei bem decepcionada.
Service is terrible for appointments. They make an appointment, you arrive at the agreed time and they say they hadn't put you on the agenda and that's it. I've never been through anything like it. Then you believe that it was just a one-off situation and that mistakes happen, you try to score again but it is completely ignored. Anyway… I do not recommend and I was very disappointed.
