★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje fiz um pedido pelo APP Esperança recomendado pela casa, fiz algumas observações no meu pedido, ao ligar fui extremamente mal atendido por uma funcionária chamada Katia. Sou frequentador da casa, imediatamente pedi para falar com a Gerente Simone que como sempre prestativa disse que iria solucionar o problema.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje fiz um pedido para entrega na Esperança Pizza e Esfiha. Confesso que o fiz com um pé atrás, mas o fiz mesmo assim. E devo dizer que meu receio se justificou por diversos motivos.
PRIMEIRO: o tempo de entrega. Meu pedido, segundo informado, deveria ter sido entregue em 50 minutos, que já é um tempo longo demais, mas que eu estava disposto a esperar. Contudo, eu não pretendia esperar 1 hora e 10 minutos, 20 minutos a mais do que o tempo previsto. Eu estava com o telefone na mão, prestes a cancelar o pedido, quando o entregador chegou.
SEGUNDO: a massa das esfihas. A massa é seca demais, tão seca que chega a ficar um pouco dura, parecendo massa velha.
TERCEIRO: coberturas (ou "recheios") e temperos desequilibrados. A carne da esfiha é azeda e salgada demais! Além do que, faltam temperos que ressaltem a origem árabe do prato - ao menos na esfiha de carne. Além dela, pedi também uma de muçarela, que não estava ruim, mas também não estava boa, pois queijo mesmo veio pouco. Com relação à esfiha de catupiry, cumpre dizer que o requeijão usado era excelente, contudo, escasso.
Mesmo quando houve algo de bom no pedido (o catupiry), isso não estava ideal.
Colocando tudo isso na balança, minha conclusão é que o custo-benefício não foi bom. Assim, não me vejo visitando o restaurante ou fazendo lá um novo pedido novamente.
Today I placed an order for delivery at Esperança Pizza and Esfiha. I confess that I did it with one foot backwards, but I did it anyway. And I must say that my fear was justified for several reasons.
FIRST: the delivery time. My order, as reported, should have been delivered in 50 minutes, which is a long time already, but I was willing to wait. However, I didn't intend to wait 1 hour and 10 minutes, 20 minutes longer than the allotted time. I had the phone in my hand, about to cancel the order, when the delivery boy arrived.
SECOND: the mass of the sfihas. The dough is too dry, so dry that it becomes a little stiff, looking like old dough.
THIRD: unbalanced toppings (or "stuffings") and seasonings. The sfiha meat is too sour and too salty! In addition, there is a lack of spices that emphasize the Arab origin of the dish - at least in the meat esfiha. In addition to that, I also ordered a mozzarella cheese, which wasn't bad, but it wasn't good either, because the cheese itself came very little. Regarding the catupiry sfiha, it should be said that the curd used was excellent, however, scarce.
Even when there was something good in the order (the catupiry), it wasn't ideal.
Putting all of this in balance, my conclusion is that the cost-benefit was not good. So I don't see myself visiting the restaurant or placing a new order there again.
