Delay in the service, delay to arrive the order. You choose the order from the menu, you never have choose it.

Fui uma vez e não pretendo voltar. Uma experiência bem ruim. Primeiro iniciamos com um atendimento intermediário (funcionário chingou na mesa). Depois o atendente disse que o cardápio é online como se fosse algo positivo, mas não é, levando em consideração que vc não consegue nem tirar pedido pelo proprio link. Pedi uma porção de boi com fritas que foi uma decepção ( podemos chamar de porção de tomate, pimentão com fritas pois a carne estava escondida ali dentro). Parecia mais uma carne cozida na panela de pressão (muita água no prato e anêmica) do que uma porção. Como a porção estava demorando e a cerveja já estava acabando ... combo de 5 barrigudinhas (não tem a opção de litrão, somente long ou barrigudinha) pedi um espetinho de medalhão, porém só ficou pronto depois que a porção chegou pois eles não tinham o espetinho de medalhão montado.?? Fui no banheiro, a porta estava emperrada com a lixeira na porta como se alguém tivesse começado a limpar e deixado pela metade, ao sair pra lavar a mão o lavatório estava com defeito. Eu não indico. Precisam revisar muitas coisas.

I went once and I don't intend to go back. A pretty bad experience. First, we started with an intermediate service (employee chingou at the table). Afterwards, the attendant said that the menu is online as if it were something positive, but it isn't, considering that you can't even order through the link itself. I ordered a portion of beef with fries which was a disappointment (we can call it a portion of tomato, pepper and fries because the meat was hidden inside). It looked more like meat cooked in a pressure cooker (too much water on the plate and anemic) than a serving. As the portion was taking a while and the beer was already running out ... 5 belly combo (does not have the option of liter, only long or belly) I asked for a medallion skewer, but it was only ready after the portion arrived because they didn't have the mounted medallion skewer.?? I went to the bathroom, the door was stuck with the trash in the door as if someone had started to clean and left it half full, when I went out to wash my hand the sink was defective. I do not indicate. They need to review many things.
