E a moça que fica na churrasqueira foi bem arrogante quando perguntei “em média quando tempo pra ficar pronto” , ela me disse: “não te avisaram que ia demorar não?” Achei falta de respeito com o cliente. Tirando a parte que ela não saia do celular.
The skewer itself is good. But the delay in getting ready is absurd. I waited over 1 hour to get my order! And the girl who stays at the barbecue grill was very arrogant when I asked "on average, how long will it take to be ready", she said: "didn't they tell you it would take time?" I found lack of respect for the customer. Except for the part that she doesn't get out of her cell phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um descaso total com o cliente! Falta de comunicação e organização. Primeiro que antes de fazer o pedido perguntamos ao garçom o tempo de espera e ele disse 20 min. Ficamos 1:30h na mesa, com uma criança de 2 anos! Perguntamos várias vezes se estava ficando pronto e diziam ser o próximo. Chegavam pessoas depois de nós e comiam. Por fim cansamos e fomos embora COM FOME! E o que nos disseram? NADA! Fizeram cara de paisagem. Isso porque eu estava com uma criança, COM FOME! Primeira vez pra nunca mais!
A total disregard for the customer! Lack of communication and organization. First, before ordering, we asked the waiter about the waiting time and he said 20 min. We stayed at the table for 1:30h, with a 2 year old child! We asked several times if it was getting ready and they said it was next. People came after us and ate. Finally we got tired and left HUNGRY! And what did they tell us? NOTHING! They made a landscape face. That's because I was with a child, HUNGRY! First time never again!
