Atendimento péssimo!
Chegamos e pedimos o primeiro lanche, que foi solicitado pelo aplicativo deles, foi confirmado pessoalmente quando solicitamos os demais lanches (estávamos em 7 adultos e 3 crianças), todos sanduiches chegaram apesar de demorado, mais dentro de um prazo aceitável, lanchamos e ficamos quase duas horas esperando o primeiro lanche, que a cada tempo pedíamos para verificar o que estava havendo com o primeiro que não chegava, quando depois de toda a espera a garçonete falou que havia tido uma falha no sistema e teríamos que aguardar mais 10 lanches que estavam na frente, falou que foi ofendida por nós por estarmos pedindo para resolver o problema (tínhamos crianças e no outro dia sairíamos de viagem de mais de 1.100km) ela respondeu falando que não poderia fazer nada, ou nós esperávamos ou cancelava o pedido, chamou o gerente e o mesmo não teve outra postura que seja de uma pessoa com o mínimo de consideração com um cliente. O pedido foi cancelado e saímos para achar outro lugar para lanchar. Simplesmente uma situação constrangedora digna de uma lugar que deveria ter fechado as portas.

Terrible service!
We arrived and ordered the first snack, which was requested by their app, it was confirmed in person when we requested the other snacks (we were 7 adults and 3 children), all sandwiches arrived despite taking a long time, but within an acceptable period, we had a snack and we were almost two hours waiting for the first snack, which each time we asked to check what was happening with the first one that didn't arrive, when after all the waiting the waitress said that there had been a failure in the system and we would have to wait for 10 more snacks that were in front, she said that she was offended by us for asking us to solve the problem (we had children and the other day we were going on a trip of more than 1,100km) she replied saying that she couldn't do anything, either we waited or canceled the order, she called the manager and he had no other attitude than that of a person with the least consideration for a customer. The order was canceled and we left to find another place to have lunch. Simply an embarrassing situation worthy of a place that should have closed its doors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui pela primeira e última vez neste estabelecimento.
Cheguei no local por volta das 20h, esperamos quase 1h30 pela mesa, logo após sentar fizemos o pedido de 4 lanches pelo sistema do local.
Questionamos diversas vezes e para vários garçons diferentes, em relação a demora do pedido, e todas nos foi dito que estava sendo preparado e que haviam lanches na frente.
Após muita demora, as 23h chegou apenas 1 dos lanches do pedido. De repente as 23h30 um funcionário simplesmente chegou e disse que os demais lanches não haviam sido impressos e por isso nao foram preparados (o que não faz a mínima lógica).
Em vez deles tentarem resolver o problema, como o BÁSICO de um atendimento ao cliente, eles simplesmente falaram que não poderiam passar os lanches na frente porque a demanda estava muito alta de uma forma extremamente grossa, neste momento até a banda parou o show de tão caótica que a situação estava e tamanho o descaso com o cliente.
Após todo o tempo de espera na fila e na mesa, simplesmente fomos embora sem comer e com os demais locais já fechados.
I went for the first and last time in this establishment.
I arrived at the place around 20:00, we waited almost 1:30 for the table, after sitting down we ordered 4 snacks through the local system.
We questioned several times and to several different waiters, regarding the delay in ordering, and we were all told that it was being prepared and that there were snacks ahead.
After a long delay, at 23:00, only 1 of the snacks in the order arrived. Suddenly at 23:30 an employee simply arrived and said that the other snacks hadn't been printed and that's why they weren't prepared (which doesn't make any sense).
Instead of them trying to solve the problem, like the BASICS of customer service, they simply said they couldn't pass the snacks out front because the demand was too high in an extremely thick way, at this point even the band stopped the show so chaotic that the situation was and such neglect with the customer.
After all the time waiting in line and at the table, we simply left without eating and with the other places already closed.

Very poor service, very expensive food and not worth the value. Very bad organization and very rude and untrained waiters for the season. I had a bad experience and I don't recommend it.

Demora absurda para entrar no local, muito mal organizado. Atendimento horrível, garçons mal instruídos, mal educados e incompententes. A apresentação da comida é péssima, pedimos a porção parmegiana boteco e não recomendo, a carne estava crua, a apresentação péssima, além de ser de carne moída (o que não estava escrito no cardápio). O atendente Vinicius extremamente mal educado, sem postura e sem educação, completamente inapto para o cargo.
Enfim, não recomendo, não levem a família/amigos de vocês neste local.
Bad experience.
It takes absurdity to enter the place, very poorly organized. Horrible service, poorly educated, rude and incompetent waiters. The presentation of the food is terrible, we ordered the Parmigiana portion at a bar and I don't recommend it, the meat was raw, the presentation was terrible, in addition to being ground beef (which was not written on the menu). The attendant Vinicius extremely rude, without posture and without education, completely unfit for the position.
Anyway, I don't recommend, don't take your family/friends in this place.
