★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tem controle do que sai da cozinha para a mesa... Contamos o que foi consumido e ficou 2 espetinhos a mais... Para ter um maior controle, deveria haver uma comanda na mesa, onde o garçom anotaria o que tava chegando na mesa e conferido pelo cliente, no final tudo estaria marcado, pois na comanda não tem como apagar, apenas como marcar, sendo assim o cliente não marcaria algo que não comeu... Logicamente teria um controle interno para apenas verificar se estava tudo correto, pois poderia ocorrer de rasurar, molhar a comanda com bebidas e etc... Mas seria uma forma de tentar melhorar o atendimento e de não ter cobranças indevidas.
