Eu e meu namorado fomos maltratados depois de reclamar que dois espetinhos estavam com peças de nervo e a única coisa que queríamos saber era o que ele fariam sobre essa negligência e a senhora que estava no caixa se exauto na frente de todos os clientes dizendo que nós que estamos errados de não ter dado o espetinho sendo que não vimos e eles que venderam uma comida que não Dana pra comer. Parabéns, perderam mais dois clientes e se continuar assim vai perder mais.
 Terrible attendance. My boyfriend and I were mistreated after complaining that two skewers had nerve parts and the only thing we wanted to know was what they would do about this neglect and the lady who was at the checkout got exhausted in front of all the customers saying that we that we are wrong not to have given the skewer being that we have not seen and they who sold a food other than Dana to eat. Congratulations, you lost two more customers and if you keep it up you will lose more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento,a mulher que faz o pedido no caixa não tem experiência nenhuma com atendimento ao cliente ,uma mau vontade para atender!Pedi um espeto para levar na unidade e cru, sendo que na frente da loja tem um anúncio de valor unitário .E todos os espetos que pedi a ela falou que não podia vender porque era somente no pacote.E uma vez empacotado ela não podia vender por unidade.Agora se tem o espeto para assar na hora,e o espeto é unitário porque não pode vender cru e assar em casa?Esse pessoal desse estabelecimento não entendi de lei do consumidor.Anúncia á venda unitária e não cumpri.Por isso vive vazio.Comer na hora eu não compro, porque tem espeto assado na grelha e não sei quando tempo foi assado ou está exposto e depois reequeitado.As normas sanitárias e lei do consumir tem ser respeitada.
Bad service, the woman who makes the order at the checkout has no experience with customer service, an unwillingness to serve! I asked for a skewer to take in the unit and raw, and in front of the store has a notice of unit value. all the skewers I asked her said she couldn’t sell it because it was only in the package. And once packaged she couldn’t sell it per unit. These people at this establishment did not understand the law of the consumer. Notice of unit sale and did not comply. So it lives empty. I don’t buy it on the spot, because it has a spit roasted on the grill and I don’t know how long it was or exposed and then re-applied. The sanitary norms and the consumer law must be respected.
