★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima estava fazendo orçamento pelo zap a pessoa simplismente me bloqueou como confiar em um estabelecimento assim capaz de chegar no dia do evento a pessoa não aparecer no local devem estar com bastante dinheiro para se recusar a trabalhar esse lugar não me passa nenhuma confiança

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento pedi o orçamento via whatsapp mandaram uma cotação para 150 pessoas o valor de mais de 3 mil reais até aí tudo bem ok eu até estava muito interessada em fechar negócio
Fui perguntar do chopp porém me informaram que o chopp so seria servido através do serviço de buffet eu perguntei quanto ficaria e simplesmente me bloquearam maior falta de educação péssimo, se pra comprar e essa falta de respeito e falta de profissionalismo imagina depois da compra feita
Aí eu liguei lá pra reclamar o cara nem se querer me deu atenção foi tipo assim problema é seu
Perderam um cliente
Pessoal não comprem pq depois da venda feita e cada um com seus problemas ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devem estar com muito dinheiro porque é incrível como desperdiçam clientes! Passei no local há alguns meses para cotar um grande volume para festa de casamento. Já estranhei o atendimento inicial pois o local estava vazio (sim, VAZIO, não tinha cliente algum) e, quando falei do que se tratava, o atendente simplesmente me deu um cartão de visita e me pediu pra fazer o orçamento pelo site. Achei estranho - se ele estava disponível, por quê me pedir pra fazer isso? Enfim, tudo bem, fui pra casa e solicitei o orçamento. Passou uma semana e nada de resposta. Então liguei no local, a pessoa que me atendeu pediu os detalhes do orçamento, pegou meu e-mail e disse que me passaria o resultado por lá. Tô esperando até hoje... Nunca mais tento nada nesse lugar! Só perda de tempo!

I thought it strange - if he was available, why would you ask me to do that? Anyway, okay, I went home and asked for the budget. A week went by and there was no answer. So I called the place, the person who answered me asked for the details of the budget, took my e-mail and said that I would pass the result there. I'm waiting until today ... I never try anything in this place again! Only loss of time!
