O que me impressionou foi a forma com que o Dono "Chico" trata seus funcionários, extremamente grosso, com insultos e reclamações constantes.
Por favor, os trate com respeito e empatia.
Isso é assédio moral, é crime e nunca devemos expor as pessoas a uma situação dessas.
São pessoas que precisam e estao trabalhando por necessidade, não use do seu dinheiro para humilhá-los.
Tenha consciência de suas ações.
